On behalf of the children, staff and governors, we would like to welcome you to The Priory Parish Church of England Primary School. We are a one form entry primary school situated in Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside. The Priory is built on a Christian foundation and we put God at the centre of everything we do, equipping children with Christian values to prepare them for their lives.

Staff, supported by our dedicated governors, work hard to deliver a rich and challenging curriculum that has global dimensions going beyond the national curriculum requirements; to prepare children for future education; and to help them acquire the skills and enthusiasm needed to embrace the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of later life. All of our staff strive to educate and nurture each child, enabling them to use their God - given abilities and become the best that they can be.

Our curriculum is designed to provide the children of The Priory with the very best education rooted in excellence and Christian values. We strive to challenge our pupils to aim high through our broad, balanced, engaging and exciting curriculum which allows all children to reach their full potential in a happy, stimulating, inclusive and safe environment. It is flexible, achievable for all, child-led and promotes links with our local and global communities. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive school where all the staff are dedicated to assist in your child`s development to the best of their ability.
However, we cannot do this alone. We really need your help to ensure that the children are in every day on time, read each night and are ready to grow in our Christian values of Love, Respect, Responsiblity, Friendship and Faith.
